Cream cheese stuffed cupcakes
Yes, you read that right. I baked cream cheese stuffed cupcakes the other day and they were an instant hit with everyone. I made a combination of devil’s food and red velvet cupcakes.

I made home-made icing too out of confectioner’s sugar (around 3/4 of a cup), 1 tsp vanilla, 2 tbsps of cocoa, and 2 tbsps of milk.

I’m sorry for the way these babies were iced, but I have no proper equipment for that and the consistency of my icing doesn’t work well even with a makeshift ziplock pastry bag.
One day I hope someone buys me a pastry bag so I can make fancy rosettes on my cupcakes, and I will probably be the happiest little girl on earth. Thank you.
